PLAYSTATION · OUTSIDE NETWORK SETUP

Connect PS5 or PS4 from anywhere.

Use this when the PlayStation is at another house or on any external internet connection. Choose the PS5 or PS4 path below and keep this guide open on a phone.

Change only the active PlayStation connection.No router changes or port forwarding are required. When you move to a different Wi-Fi or wired profile, apply the DNS values to that new connection.

PLAYSTATION DNS

Use the PlayStation-specific endpoint.

This DNS opens the BedrockConnect list; it is not the ChloeCraft game-server address. BedrockConnect recommends this alternate primary DNS for PS4 and PS5. The original setting is normally Automatic.

PS5 network setup

Select the connection PS5 is using now

Settings → Network → Settings → Set Up Internet Connection

Highlight the currently connected Wi-Fi or wired profile, press the Options button, and choose Advanced Settings.

Enter Manual DNS

Set DNS Settings to Manual. Enter 45.55.68.52 for Primary DNS and 8.8.8.8 for Secondary DNS. Leave IP address, DHCP, MTU, and proxy settings unchanged, then choose OK.

Close Minecraft completely

Use the PS button, highlight Minecraft in the switcher or home screen, press Options, and choose Close Game. Reopen it and select Play → Servers.

Open BedrockConnect

Join Mineville, Lifeboat, Enchanted, Galaxite, or The Hive. A custom BedrockConnect server list should replace the normal Featured Server destination.

Add the public ChloeCraft endpoint

Save it as ChloeCraft and connect. Do not enter https:// or a private IP.

PLAYSTATION 4

PS4 network setup

Choose the active connection

Settings → Network → Set Up Internet Connection

Select Wi-Fi or LAN for the connection PS4 actually uses, then choose Custom and select that network.

Keep normal network values

  • IP Address Settings: Automatic
  • DHCP Host Name: Do Not Specify
  • DNS Settings: Manual

Enter DNS and finish

Primary DNS: 45.55.68.52
Secondary DNS: 8.8.8.8

Choose Automatic for MTU and Do Not Use for Proxy Server, then test the connection.

Close Minecraft and open BedrockConnect

Close and reopen Minecraft. Under Play → Servers, join Mineville, Lifeboat, Enchanted, Galaxite, or The Hive. The custom server list should appear.

Add ChloeCraft

Save play.chooocole.com with port 19132, name it ChloeCraft, and connect. Never substitute a local IP or Java port.

OUTSIDE-NETWORK FIXES

If it does not work

The Featured Server opens normally

  • Confirm Manual DNS is saved on the connection currently in use.
  • Close Minecraft fully and reopen it.
  • Recheck every DNS digit and try another compatible Featured Server.
  • Restart PlayStation and test its internet connection.
  • Guest, school, hotel, filtered, or parental-control networks may block custom DNS. A phone hotspot is a useful test.

BedrockConnect opens, but ChloeCraft does not

  • Use play.chooocole.com without https://.
  • Use port 19132.
  • Confirm the Microsoft/PlayStation account can use cross-network multiplayer.
  • Check ChloeCraft and BedrockConnect status.

Undo on PS5

Return to the active network's Advanced Settings and set DNS Settings to Automatic.

Undo on PS4

Run Set Up Internet Connection using Easy, or use Custom and choose Automatic for DNS.
